Compared to previous generation wings, the R5 profile retains its shape better in active air, allowing the wing to cut through turbulence with greater efficiency. Added structural solidity makes the wing more comfortable and improves performance in turbulent conditions. The R&D team focused on the structural integrity of the wing to ensure an even more solid, compact, and confidence-inspiring feel compared to the Rush 4.
Hundreds of hours test flying in real air and turbulent conditions have gone into the development, ensuring that it satisfies our own demanding requirements along with the True Performance design goals – real, usable performance in turbulent air throughout the speed range. Like our performance and competition wings, the R5 excels in active air and challenging conditions.
